Okay, I give up. After a good decade of good natured heckling from Alastair that I obviously wasn’t cut out to either maintain a blogging system hand-carved out of rare wood or hand-carve a brand new blogging system out of less rare wood, I’ve told Stilgherrian to give up on my Django install and revert my configuration to its default so I can use WordPress instead.

Youre not the first to do that step. Although I am allready a step ahead of you, as I changed my main blog to wordpress and now back to my own not-too-rare-wood-carved stuff ;)
But then, my blogging tuned down to a very moderate level anyway, due to other, more fun, things to do …

Hi Garth, I think I like this new layout - though I miss the thumbnails of your latest photos… put tht down to my non-ITGeek nature and my strongly visual one;-)
BTW I only just started an RSS feed from this - up until today I was going directly to your main page! So there was at least one reading not using RSS.
